Warranty Guidelines
COVERAGE
Our permanent jewelry comes with a 30 days warranty from the date of placement. The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal wear and proper care. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, negligence, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
LIMITATIONS
The warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original recipient of the permanent jewelry. The warranty does not cover loss, theft, or damage due to force. Any alterations or repairs performed by unauthorized individuals or establishments will void the warranty. We reserve the right to determine whether a warranty claim is valid and to provide the right remedies.
MAINTENANCE
We recommend periodic check-ups and inspections of the jewelry to ensure its integrity. Maintenance or adjustments beyond the warranty period may be subject to additional charges.
